Sign-On Bonuses: $1,250 for 2nd shift (paid in two installments)

The Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) plays a key role in
supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental
disabilities in a residential setting. This position provides
hands-on care while also serving as a shift leader, ensuring daily
operations run smoothly and team members deliver high-quality,
person-centered support. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care
and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living
skills, community engagement, and personal care as needed. Serve as
the shift lead by guiding and supporting DSP team members. Ensure
daily routines, documentation, and service plans are followed.
Model professional behavior and person-centered practices for
staff. Communicate effectively with Program Managers, nurses,
coworkers, and families. Assist with scheduling, training, and
mentoring new DSPs. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance
with DDSN and CLC policies. Respond to emergencies and ensure the
safety and well-being of individuals at all times. Support
individuals in achieving personal goals, promoting independence and

High school diploma or equivalent 24 years of relevant experience
preferred Minimum 1 year of Direct Support Professional experience
preferred. Valid drivers license and Social Security number Ability
to type 70 WPM and navigate basic computer systems Must pass
background checks, DMV screening, Medicaid exclusion,
