on. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS
Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous
improvement of our Environment, Health, and Safety programs. The
ideal candidate will have a strong track record in conducting
safety audits, investigating accidents, developing and implementing
safety programs, training employees on safety procedures, enforcing
safety regulations, and managing hazardous and non-hazardous waste
- all while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and
fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The EHS Manager will
also be responsible for driving EHS compliance, culture, and
performance across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide EHS policies,
procedures, and training programs in compliance with local, state,
and federal regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) for the manufacturing
operations. Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations team to
achieve safety goals and maintain the facility's OSHA compliance at
all times. Drive employee engagement initiatives around workplace
safety and environmental sustainability. Manage waste disposal and
hazardous waste materials handling in line with environmental
guidelines. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and
implement corrective/preventive actions. Conduct regular EHS
audits, inspections, and risk assessments of waste storage areas to
identify hazards and ensure compliance. Maintain, and update
documentation on MSDS, emergency response plans, training records,
waste disposal records/ waste manifests, and other regulatory
requirements. Attend to safety concerns of the employees and
collaborate with the necessary team to address the issue. Keep
safety items like first-aid stations, defib units, emergency
equipment such as spill control kits, and eye wash stations
up-to-date and readily available. Liaise with regulatory bodies and
represent the company during audits or inspections. Develop,
monitor, and report EHS performance metrics (KPIs) and provide
actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate and
coordinate with EHS contractors and waste management contractors to
ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA. Develop safety induction
training program for all the sites for new employee onboarding.
Lead annual policy reviews to incorporate new regulations, update
procedures, audit findings, and implement feedback. Stay informed
about industry's best practices, new regulations, and emerging EHS
technologies. Some travel between sites will be required. Skills
and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science /
Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering,
Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-8 years of
hands-on EHS experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial
setting. Prior Experience in dealing with waste manifests,
maintaining disposal records, and handling hazardous waste.
Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, NEBOSH, or
equivalent preferred. In-depth knowledge of OSHA, CFR, EPA, RCRA,
NFPA, ISO 14001/45001 standards, and other applicable regulations.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing safety
training programs and waste management in a manufacturing setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ISO 14001/45001 implementation or maintenance.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. Familiarity with
emergency response planning and industrial hygiene. Prior
experience managing EHS for multiple sites. What We Offer An
