Job Description:
A M Supply Co. is seeking a driven Inside Sales Associate to
join our dynamic sales team and help expand our client reach within
the woodworking equipment and metals industry. This role is pivotal
in fostering client relationships and propelling our business
objectives by leveraging deep industry knowledge. The perfect
candidate will aid in identifying new opportunities, understanding
customer needs, and effectively communicating our diverse product
offerings. A unique atmosphere of innovation and expertise sets us

eager to grow in the industry. Generate and qualify leads through
cold calling and networking. Maintain and expand relationships with
existing clients. Understand customer needs and propose solutions
that align with our product offerings. Provide detailed information
and demonstrations of our products to clients. Prepare and deliver
sales presentations tailored to client needs. Achieve monthly sales
targets set by the sales management team. Manage all client
communications and sales process stages from initial contact to
closing deals and follow-up. Strong ability in lead generation and
networking Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Strong
understanding of the metals and woodworking equipment markets

401k Relevant sales or industry-specific certifications such as
Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or Certified Sales
Leadership Professional (CSLP) are advantageous
