Job Description:
Ryder, a leader in the logistics and transportation industry, is
seeking a dynamic Rental Sales Account Manager to join our Sales &
Business Development department. The successful candidate will be
responsible for driving rental sales, enhancing customer
relationships, and contributing to our mission of delivering
innovative and efficient transportation solutions. This role
requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in sales
within the transportation sector and a proven track record of
achieving sales targets. As part of Ryder, you will work in a
fast-paced environment that supports growth and excellence across
various industry segments, utilizing cutting-edge technology and
processes. Develop and implement strategies for increasing rental
sales and market share. Manage and grow relationships with existing
customers, while identifying and securing new business
opportunities. Prepare and present sales proposals and
presentations to new and existing clients. Collaborate with
internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with
supply chain solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor
activity to advise on necessary strategic adjustments. Meet or
exceed sales targets, and provide regular reports on progress and
market insights. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage complex
client relationships Proven ability to meet sales targets Strong
organizational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM
software and Microsoft Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental

Professional (CSP) or similar credentials is preferred.
