Supervise daily retail operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Lead and inspire a team of retail staff, providing training and development to optimize performance and sales outcomes Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock to maximize sales and minimize losses Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits to upper management Handle staffing duties, including hiring, scheduling, and appraising job results Establish and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues swiftly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in retail management software and MS Office Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Adept in budgeting and forecasting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Retail Management (Preferred) First Aid and CPR certifications (Optional but advantageous)
