It all begins with you.The Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (CRC) organization is an enterprise function. - This organization develops and implements consistent enterprise standards for remediating customer issues across the Wells Fargo enterprise. - The organization enables more effective and coordinated monitoring, reporting and stakeholder communications. - Enhancing our practices and outcomes for customers is a critical part of building a better Wells Fargo.The Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (CRC) provides the following services:--- -Business Partner Remediation Support--- -Remediation resources and remediation project execution support--- -Remediation Process, Tools, and GovernanceKEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:--- -Organizes and provides timely delivery, strategic direction and change leadership for highly complex and visible remediation's for multiple portfolios--- -Develops reporting, metrics and presentation materials using data for portfolio management indicators, remediation management and to develop risk mitigation strategies--- -Develops remediation timeline, project plans and other require documentation/artifacts; closely tracks and monitors milestones, risks and issues throughout the remediation life-cycle--- -Responsible for ensuring all remediation documentation is validation / 'audit' ready

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business operations, implementation, or strategic planning; or 4+ years of legal experience which includes the review, evaluation and response to agency, law firm, or regulatory inquiries

      --- Strong communicator with the ability to know the audience and deliver the right message to Senior Leaders--- Recent and relevant program, project management or strategic planning - experience with efforts that impact multiple businesses areas--- Ability to influence executive decision making and successfully negotiate critical and complex issues through resolution--- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships across functions and business units, creating strategic alliances among diverse stakeholders--- Ability to identify potential risks and downstream impacts and develop mitigation strategies--- Ability to look at all aspects of the remediation and how it is run through an audit and risk lens--- Strong technical writing skills including writing remediation plans to prepare and document findings--- Knowledge of the evolving regulatory environment and the various constraints which requires working in highly complex fast paced environment--- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships across functions and business units, creating strategic alliances among diverse stakeholders--- Strong ability to prepare remediation and presentation materials for various levels of leadership and external agencies
