It all begins with you.Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.This position will be responsible for leading small-scale business initiatives with cross-organizational impacts involving cross functional, virtual teams. - Provides initiative leadership to operationalize, strategize, plan and execute a variety of efforts, services and initiatives focused on efficiency, effectiveness and experience related to property management, construction management and sustainability. - Provides leadership to other managers and analysts leveraging relationships with functional business partners to drive integration and implementation; recognizes the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusts as necessary. Develops metrics to track and evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives. - Ensures proper initiative management and implementation structure is followed, including use of all content, training and delivery tools. Ensures all work efforts adhere to appropriate policies and regulations demonstrating the ability to identify, manage, and mitigate potential risks when implementing change.Specific assignments will include:

  • Engagement Manager and Relationship Manager for Corporate Properties Group Vendors not managed as part of a managed category.
  • Review new Corporate Properties Group Vendors to evaluate and determine if vendor meets criteria for a managed category.
  • For vendors that do not meet the criteria for the managed category, liaison with appropriate business contacts, supply chain management, and other critical parties to complete onboarding activities from an Engagement Manager and Relationship Manager perspective.
  • Partner with Supply Chain management and vendor business contacts to complete vendor re-certifications, relationship exits, and any adhoc vendor maintenance activities as needed for Corporate Properties Group Vendors not managed as part of a managed category.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and lead small efforts to improve overall process effective and efficiency as they may arise pertaining to scope of activities noted.
  • Serve as resource within Corporate Properties Group on overall process for on-boarding, re-certifying, and exiting relationships with Corporate Properties Group vendors.
  • Serve as liaison and backup to Enterprise Global Services team members completing Engagement Manager Delegate and Relationship Manager Delegate activities for managed category vendors.Important Note: During the application process, ensure your contact information (email and phone number) is up to date and upload your current resume prior to submitting your application for consideration.     Required Qualifications
    • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

      Desired Qualifications
      • Quality control review experience
      • Strong vendor management skills
      • Ability to manage vendor relationships for products or services including: contract negotiation, oversight, and SLA management
      • Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
      • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
      • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
      • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
      • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
      • SharePoint experience
      • Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo s Third Party Information Management Systems (TRIMS) database

        Job Expectations
        • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

          Salary Information
          The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

          NC-Charlotte: Min: $78,100 Mid: $110,000
          MN-Minneapolis: Min: $78,100 Mid: $110,000
          IA-Des Moines: Min: $78,100 Mid: $110,000
