Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual that enjoys working with people to complete our awesome team! Hilbish Ford is in need of a body technician with the skills to handle all aspects of body repair. Experience with frame measuring and structural repairs, as well as I-CAR training. We currently have more work than we can handle and need skilled technicians! Daily tasks will include: Reading and interpreting estimates to gain a solid plan for repairs Tear down for blueprinting repairs Working with estimators to complete estimates and supplements for additional damage Checking in parts with parts personnel Structural/ Non structural repair Keeping a neat and organized workplace Must haves: Must have experience Prefer I-CAR certified Must pay close attention to detail, with emphasis on quality Must be able to perform quality, safe structural repairs based on service manual procedures Must be organized Must be able to work in a team environment Ability to easily learn and apply new concepts Ambition to be a motivated self-starter Automotive/collision center knowledge is a must Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
