It all begins with you.Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. - Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. - We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.Business Support Consultant (FCM) This position in the Product and Strategic Delivery team will support the Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) Business and Operations change portfolio. This role will focus on strategic planning and change execution, primarily:

  • The intake and prioritization of business partners' change needs in order to develop and maintain a strategic roadmap
  • Partnership with Operations, Technology, Business Management, and other stakeholder groups to assess multiple regulatory obligations, Operational process improvements, Technology changes, and business expansion opportunities to support the creation of a unified plan for delivery across the change portfolio
  • Execution and delivery of multiple change initiatives/work-streams simultaneously
  • Detailed Business Analysis, including review and analysis of existing processes / architecture, and future state requirements and process flows
  • Development and execution of key project milestones in order to hit delivery targets
  • Holding stakeholder groups accountable for deliverables and taking appropriate escalation steps when needed
  • Drive working group discussions, set action items and key business decisions in order to execute on project deliverables and timelines Candidate must have experience supporting large scale Capital Markets projects.Responsibilities may also include: documenting detailed business analysis, status and issue reporting, and coordination of testing and implementation. Candidate will assist in liaising between multiple business and technology user groups and aid in the planning, conducting, and directing of analysis. Candidate will work on key change initiatives for the FCM Operations Team and Front Office, operating within Wells Fargo's change policies and supporting the creation of required project deliverables. Candidate will work with management and business partners on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for the FCM. Such consultation includes discussion of alternatives and implications. Utilizes thorough knowledge of the business unit's functional area or products to support strategic initiatives for the business.Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

    Required Qualifications
    • 6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services
    • 4+ years of capital markets experience

      • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills - - PPT/Sharepoint
      • Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment
      • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
      • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
      • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
      • Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
      • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
      • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
      • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
      • Strong relationship management skills
      • Knowledge of fixed income/OTC Derivative products and the life cycle of a trade/related Operational processes
