Title: Change Lead

Location: Hybrid
Duration: 6+ month contract
Compensation: $75/HR - $81.40/HR
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:

--- Lead the business readiness and change management activities for the ADMS implementation for the (Midwest) jurisdiction.
--- Stakeholder & Executive Communications and Presentations.
--- Work with Sr Change Leader who will support this effort as well.
--- Design and develop overall change & business readiness plan.
--- Lead and execute change readiness plan.
--- Meet with various stakeholder groups to understand change impact and develop change plans.
--- Strong PowerPoint Development skills ---------------
--- ADKAR Methodologies------------------ --- Strong Project Management
--- Some familiarity of Change Strategy Development
