System One has an exciting opportunity for a Planning Coordinator in Monroe, NC. This is a 6 month contract supporting a specialty manufacturing company. Local candidates preferred as per diem is not offered.

Primary Responsibilities Access and analyze information from all necessary applications and data sources to support planners and production control.
Review order supplements for changing plan orders
Support inventory reviews
Able to work independently and as part of larger collaborative team.
Create and issue Planner batches
Entering Sales Orders
Cross train with various product Planners
Support planning functions and Inter-Company Sales orders
Support customer status report requests
Support batch dating process updates


Ideal Background Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Power Point at a minimum) required to accomplish day-to-day work activities and willingness to learn additional programs.
Sufficient experience learning and navigating industry specific internal applications.
Sufficient knowledge of company, products, objectives, and operations.
Oracle experience a plus.
