Job Description:

Overview:Carowinds is looking for individuals to bring our midways to life during various parade events throughout the year.

• As a guest coordinator, walks along the parade route and directs guest traffic to ensure their safety.
• As a float guide or spotter, communicates with float drivers to ensure they are staying on course and operating in a way that ensures the safety of guests and associates throughout the event.
• As a float driver, safely operates the float by maintaining contact with spotters and guides to ensure that the float stays on the designated course and ensures the safety of guests and associates throughout the event.
• Performs role consistently for guests during several performance times per day, as assigned by management Some of our amazing perks and benefits:
