We are currently hiring a 1st Shift Assembler to join our team in Dallas, NC. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble mechanical components with precision and care, playing a critical part in ensuring the durability and reliability of every product that leaves our facility. What You'll Do: /n - Assemble mechanical components and quick couplings using a variety of hand and power tools. /n - Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings accurately. /n - Perform quality inspections to ensure all parts meet specifications. /n - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. /n - Record production data and follow standard operating procedures. /n - Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. /n - Engage in training, development, and continuous improvement efforts. /n /nWhat We're Looking For: /n - High school diploma or equivalent. /n - Prior manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience is a plus. /n - Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements. /n - Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills. /n - Basic computer and math skills. /n - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. /n - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. /n /nWhat We Offer: At Dixon, we care about our people.
