Set up and operate folder gluer machines to meet production requirements Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency Perform regular maintenance on the machine as per the maintenance schedule and operational standards Quality control checks to ensure products meet quality and conformance standards Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize production processes Record and maintain accurate production data for performance analysis and reporting Strong mechanical skills including troubleshooting and repairs Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as operation, maintenance, and safety manuals Effective communication skills both verbal and written Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Certification or completed coursework in machine operation, mechanical maintenance, or a related field is a plus
