Job Description:

To ensure products meet Quality standards and all company cGMP policies are complied with by personnel on the production team, both compounding and filling and packaging. Hours 1st shift 7:00am - 5:30pm 40-48 hours (Depending on work load) Duties and Responsibilities Maintain quality on the production line. Take swab samples for cleaning verification as needed for compounding and the production line Line clearance that all products are correct for the work order or batch order being produced in compounding or production Oversee all production lot changes to ensure the correct lot code is used. In Process Checks that all production quality specifications are being conducted and met; these include fill weight and gauge checks. Packaging product checks regarding finished container and shipping box quality Approve all finished goods pallets, verify that counts are correct and the pallet quality meets acceptable standards Conduct Quality pre-checks on the Compounding team prior to batching to ensure that all materials are correctly staged and measured, that the room and equipment has been properly cleaned, and that employees are following cGMP practices.
