Why this role exists Document AI System (DAISY) Program is a
critical enterprise initiative over the next 4 years. We’re scaling
document intelligence and semantic capabilities across the
enterprise and need creative, root-cause driven leaders who can
translate real business demand into ingestible, reusable patterns
that accelerate adoption across multiple lines of business (Global
Operations, Enterprise Testing, Legal Order Processing, Wealth,
Claims, and more). We need leaders to transform how the enterprise
interacts with documents, redesigning end?to?end operational
processes across multiple business lines. Document AI System
(DAISY) is the toolset that makes this transformation possible —
but the actual goal is scalable, modernized, data?driven processes.
You will drive that transformation by identifying real business
needs, uncovering root causes, defining standardized patterns, and
designing future?state processes that leverage advanced
document?understanding capabilities. ?Discover & Diagnose • Lead
structured assessments across LOBs (Global Operations, Enterprise
Testing, Legal Orders, Wealth, Claims, Credit, etc.) to identify
fragmented, manual, or document-heavy processes. • Conduct
root-cause analysis to distinguish true business problems from
symptoms or legacy behaviors. • Map and prioritize 50 upstream use
cases tied to enterprise growth, risk reduction, and operational
efficiency. • Perform analytics and interpret complex data to
identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure
outcomes. Design Future-State Processes • Redesign end-to-end
processes that leverage modern document intelligence, semantic
comparison, classification, extraction, and translation
capabilities. • Ensure business solutions do not revert to legacy
designs (manual review, custom matching logic, point solutions,
one-offs). • Review and analyze business metrics using process
improvement methodologies and gap analysis to identify
inefficiencies and develop actionable plans. Create Enterprise
Standards & Patterns • Build cross-LOB reusable patterns (decision
flows, design templates, controls alignment, handoff models) that
define how the enterprise should interact with documents going
forward. • Develop enterprise-level standards that clarify: • How
document intelligence should be integrated into processes • What
good looks like (data, controls, risk, quality, handoffs) • How
design choices scale across future use cases • Produce clear,
“ingestible” artifacts that can be consumed by executives, business
teams, engineering, and PMO. Shape Strategy & Prioritization •
Translate transformation opportunities into sequenced, fundable
roadmaps aligned to 2027–2029 business cases. • Ensure
prioritization is based on validated, real-world use cases—not
theoretical assumptions. • Develop strategic and tactical plans
that advance enterprise goals and long?term transformation
outcomes. Cross-LOB Influence & Communication • Operate effectively
across senior executives, operations teams, analysts, and
technology partners to drive alignment and collaboration. • Adapt
communication style to the audience—strategic narrative for
executives, structured problem statements for PMO, crisp
requirements for engineering. • Break down silos by establishing
shared terminology, shared models, and reusable patterns across
LOBs. • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations that
clearly convey insights, recommendations, risks, and value. •
Collaborate with and influence Process Owners, Delegates, and
business leaders to support successful execution of transformation
programs. Accelerate Execution • Partner closely with technology,
product, PMO, data, and reporting teams to ensure future-state
designs convert cleanly into buildable requirements. • Inspect
design, execution, and delivery to minimize downstream rework and
ensure enterprise alignment. • Support pilot and POC scoping,
design, and evaluation with measurable outcomes. • Serve as a
liaison between business and data/technology organizations on
strategic initiatives that affect operational performance.?
Required Qualifications: • 7 years of strategy, execution,
operational experience with a focus on process improvement and
performance management • Ability to think strategically and
tactically to drive operational success • Ability to form strong
partnerships with key stakeholders and work with them on
initiatives and able to hold them accountable when needed • Strong
leadership skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders to
achieve a common goal and drive the execution of performance plans
to improve the organizational effectiveness • Detail-oriented,
performance driven, self-starter who takes initiative, works
independently and can operate with minimal guidance • Escalates
issues and concerns effectively in a timely manner • Excellent oral
and written communication skills with an ability to present to
senior leaders • Able to work with large amounts of data and
deliver insights quickly • Strong problem-solving skills •
Understanding of workflow and SLA metric reporting • Ability to
generate views and reports for executive level presentations Skills
• Innovative Thinking • Process Design • Presentation Skills •
Problem Solving • Business Acumen • Critical Thinking • Customer
and Client Focus • Result Orientation • Analytical Thinking •
Collaboration • Oral Communications • Stakeholder Management •
Adaptability • Planning • Prioritization • Data and Trend Analysis
• Monitoring, Surveillance, and Testing • Leadership Development •
Continuous Improvement • Data Visualization • Performance
