Operations & Transformation is a critical leadership role
responsible for spearheading Renuity’s ambitious expansion agenda.
This individual will lead the end-to-end execution of all new
greenfield market entries (geographic expansion) and the strategic
rollout of new product offerings across existing and new divisions.
Beyond direct execution, this role provides strategic oversight and
standardization for all growth implementation efforts across
Renuity, including developing and continuously refining playbooks -
ensuring scalability, operational excellence, and alignment with
the company’s aggressive growth objectives in a fast-paced, private
equity-backed environment. This position requires a
roll-up-your-sleeves, “what it takes” mindset, balancing strategic
leadership with tactical execution to accelerate performance and
results. Willingness to travel extensively, around 75% or more per
month, to new and developing markets depending on business needs.
What You'll Do: Greenfield Geographic Expansion Lead the practical
execution of new market entries, translating strategic decisions
into actionable launch plans. This includes detailed project
management, resource allocation, and timeline management Oversee
the establishment of all necessary infrastructure for new
greenfield operations, including site selection, facility
build-out, initial team hiring (in partnership with POPs and local
leadership), technology integration, licensing/compliance, vendor
onboarding, training for operational readiness, and supply chain
establishment Oversees end-to-end execution from pre-launch
activities to day-one activation, to 30/60/90-day ramp up. Drive
the successful launch and initial operational ramp-up of new
locations ensuring a smooth transition from pilot phase to fully
operational status Accountable for the initial P&L performance
and ramp-up trajectory of new greenfield operations, ensuring they
meet predetermined financial and operational targets Product
Expansions into Established markets Lead the implementation and
rollout of new product and service offerings into existing Renuity
divisions and new greenfield markets. This involves coordinating
product development, marketing, sales, and operations Ensure all
divisions are operationally ready to support new products,
including training sales teams, updating installation protocols,
training install teams, supplier readiness, warehouse (branch
readiness) Drive successful adoption and integration of new
products/services, tracking initial performance, gathering
feedback, and iterating on rollout strategies Develop, refine, and
institutionalize Renuity’s Growth Playbook, establishing standard
processes, templates, and playbooks for scalable market and product
launches What You'll Bring: Minimum of 5 years of experience in
execution-focused roles, preferable within operations, strategy, or
project management in a growth-oriented or private equity-backed
environment Proven success leading large-scale implementations,
market expansions, or product rollouts Exceptional organizational
skills, attention to detail, and the ability to mange multiple
priorities under tight timelines Strong communication skills,
leadership, and influencing skills to drive alignment across all
teams Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving
