Job Description:

Recruiting Coordinator needs 2 years experience in a support or administrative function. Recruiting Coordinator requires: Experience using an Applicant Tracking System Bachelor's Degree Experience in Human Resources Experience coordinating events or scheduling meetings in a corporate environment Recruiting Coordinator duties: Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle Accountable for providing high quality, complex and challenging scheduling and logistics support to Talent Acquisition Advisors and Hiring Managers including candidate travel and interview agendas. Troubleshoot last minute changes to scheduling and logistics and provide updates to the interview team(s) and candidates as necessary Launch interview feedback collection tool Initiate credit and background check process, proactively identify problems, trouble shoot issues and partner with the adjudication team/HR/legal as necessary Ensure new hires and hiring managers are informed of first day logistics Facilitate the on-boarding process through the collection and processing of new-hire forms and paperwork including I9 and e-Verify. Provide applicant and candidate support throughout the recruiting process, ensuring all paperwork and data tracking meet employment and corporate compliance standards Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with Executive Assistants and other corporate support teams i.e. conference center, travel department, etc. Initiate relocation process for eligible candidates May assist in the posting process, including: conducting research on most effective boards, and in helping Consultants maintain their job postings on external boards and within Taleo
