Job Description Job Description Job Details: Title : Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) Location : Fort Mill, SC Job Type : Full time Permanent Shift : Day shifts only – no evenings or weekend hours! Salary : $80,000 to $90,0000 Annually (Depends on the years of experience) Full-time Benefits Quarterly Bonuses Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behaviour assessments and skill-based assessments. Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs. Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA therapists. Provide ongoing parent training and collaboration. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Ensure clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner. Qualifications: 1 year of experience. BCBA certified.
