Description:The Executive Recruiter is responsible for
identifying and securing opportunities to fill executive-level and
high-impact roles on behalf of clients and prospective clients and
subsequently managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This
role's primary function involves developing new and existing client
relationships and the position is expected to oversee the full
recruitment process, exercise discretion in candidate selection,
and provide a full-scale strategic workforce solution for each
client.
How You Make A Difference: ResponsibilitiesSecure Business
Opportunities that Ensure Year-Over-Year Growth - Develop a
comprehensive business development plan that identifies and
prioritizes the most attractive opportunities to leverage current
and emerging company capabilities. - Drive acquisition of new
clients and increases traction of existing client base to
significantly grow revenue through direct external consultative
selling efforts with a focused on providing integrated product
solutions to senior-level business leaders. - Engage in
face-to-face (non-virtual) sales activities, including on-site
client meetings, presentations, consultations and networking, to
drive new business opportunities. - Research and monitor available
executive-level and high-impact positions at both existing and
potential clients for possible assignments & to assess industry
status. - Participate in strategic exhibitions, conferences and
conventions to promote TalentBridge's services and position you in
front of targeted senior-level business leaders. - Lead the
opportunity assessment, obtains the appropriate needs assessment
from the customer, prepares the proposal, and quarterback
negotiations with the client. Responsible for the final proposal
and ensuring adequate support and responsiveness for each
opportunity.Client and Candidate Management - Source and recruit
qualified candidates on an on-going basis to continuously develop
and maintain pipeline to support your placement opportunities. -
Contact qualified candidates via Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
and build rapport. - Work with candidates to establish their
individual career goals and strategize ways to efficiently connect
candidates with clients whose goals and purpose are complementary.
- Partner with hiring manager to strategize, plan and direct
recruitment efforts for the open positions. - Collaborate with
Sourcing team members to verify strategy for direct sourcing,
internet, referral, campus, and agency channels. - Manage internal
client relationships closely and provide guidance and insight into
the presentation and selection of candidates. Educate clients on
market conditions and trends.To Support Your Contracts, You Will
Interview, Assess And Present Candidates: - Coordinate with client
and candidate all details relating to interview. May include
applicant prep, directions to office and travel arrangements,
interview schedules, etc. plus provide feedback to stakeholders and
candidate post interview. - Handle post interview offer process. As
applicable - check references, run background checks, handle drug
screening, and other relevant details required by client. In short,
ensure the candidate is ready to go!In Order To Build High Value
Relationships That Facilitate Achievement Of Individual and
Enterprise Goals, You'll: - Establish strong working relationships
with internal stakeholders and key clients to ensure timely
responses to contract inquiries, quick turnaround on bids, and
smooth contract implementation. - Travel to client locations to
serve as the primary point of contact, resolving issues and
addressing concerns in person when necessary. - Maintain a strong
network of industry contacts in multiple functions; continually
seek competitive intelligence. Actively participate in relevant
industry meetings and conferences. Create visibility for
TalentBridge and position the company as a great business
partner.Performance Tracking & Reporting: How You Will Know You Are
Successful: - Achieve, if not exceed, all key performance
indicators (KPIs) assigned. - Track sales metrics and provide
regular reports to leadership on account performance and revenue
projections. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry
regulations, and legal standards.Additional Responsibilities -
Mentor and train junior recruitment professionals in the full-cycle
sales and recruitment process, including business and client
processes and guidelines related to an outsourced
model.Requirements:Education: - Bachelor's degree preferred or
equivalent blend of education and work experience in the staffing
industry or other related industryExperience: - Outside sales and
business development experience required. Two to four years of
recruiting experience is also required. Experience working for a
major staffing firm preferred.Skills: - Exceptional relationship
management skills and the ability to build and grow connections
with people of all types and backgrounds - Relentless self-starter
- Strong network within the local market ecosystem. - Demonstrable
knowledge of the staffing industry, market trends, and MSP models.
- Proficient in CRM software (such as Salesforce or Hubspot) and
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent
face-to-face communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -
Proficient in multi-tasking and deadline motivated - Comfortable
working in fast-paced environment - Independent critical thinking
and creative problem-solving skills - Ability to travel extensively
(local market primarily)
