hours guaranteed Adult and geriatric population Skilled nursing
facility SNF and long term care experience required since October
2019 PDPM experience preferred Rehab Optima experience is a plus We

Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and
estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and
