Front Office Associate at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in
delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and
dental team. You’ll be empowered with the training, tools, and

beautiful smiles and contribute to the health and well-being of the
community. Responsibilities · Welcome guests with a warm, friendly,
first impression as their go-to point of contact · Deliver
outstanding customer service and ensuing each guest has a positive
experience · Efficiently managing appointment confirmations and
adjusting schedules to keep things running smoothly · Coordinating
financial agreements and ensuring clarity for guests · Maintaining
a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for both the
guests and team members · Assisting with other tasks as needed to
