Job DescriptionSabor Latin Street Grill Deal Restaurant Group in
Kannapolis, NC is looking for one kitchen supervisor to join our 22
person strong team. We are located on 203 West Avenue. Our ideal
candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.Job
Description:1) Supervises and coordinates activities of food
preparation, kitchen, pantry, and storeroom personnel. Plan,
preparing and portioning foods.2) Supervises noncooking personnel,
such as dishwasher , to ensure cleanliness of kitchen and
equipment.3) Supervises line cooks and observes food to ensure
conformance with recipes and appearance standards.4) Supervises
workers engaged in inventory, storage, and distribution of
foodstuffs and supplies.5) Trains new
workers.Qualifications:Qualifications1) Experience working as a
supervisor2) Strong communication skills with the ability to listen
effectively3) Ability to train and lead a team to success4)
