Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Greensboro, NC Agency: Job.com LLC Pay: $2,500 to $2,600 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Key Responsibilities: Coordinate discharge planning and patient needs assessments Manage patient plans of care and DME orders Ensure compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for smooth transitions of care Requirements ? Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience ? Acute hospital background ? Experience with ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and Observation units ? Previous Charge Nurse experience ? Strong Case Management & Utilization Review skills ? BLS Certification ? EPIC EMR proficiency
