Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Care Location: Spartanburg, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,808 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Spartanburg, South Carolina, 29303! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years preferred; will consider 1 year on a case-by-case basis License: Pending license accepted (must obtain before starting) Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required Must-Have: - Comfort with LTC/SNF - Recent Epic experience preferred Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care. The position requires a patient ratio of 1:9/12. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend work is required. Comfort with Long-Term Care/SNF is essential. An attendance policy is in place for travelers. More than two missed shifts without reasonable explanation during a 13-week contract may result in contract cancellation. Recent experience with the Epic charting system is preferred but not required for submission. Candidates will undergo a pass/fail test on Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Moderate Sedation on the first day of orientation. Compliance documents should be submitted timely. Previous permanent staff cannot return as travelers.
