Registered Nurse with Operating Room expertise located in
Mooresville, NC. This contract position offers a chance to
contribute your skills in a high-acuity surgical environment
supporting a variety of specialty cases. The role requires
commitment to multiple 12-hour day shifts with call
responsibilities and weekend rotations. Location: Mooresville, NC,
provides a pleasant southern community atmosphere with close

living and working environment. Job Details: - Schedule: 12-hour
day shifts, primarily 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, over a 36-hour workweek -
Weekend rotation every 4th weekend, with scheduled shifts or call
options - Call shifts averaging 6 per 6-week schedule, requiring a
45-minute response time - Contract assignment supporting a Level 3
Trauma center and multiple Centers of Excellence Qualifications and
Experience: - Current NC RN license and BLS certification required;
CNOR preferred - Minimum 5 years of OR nursing experience, no
first-time travelers considered - Proficiency in circulating for
cases involving trauma, ortho trauma, spine, cardiac, robotics,
general surgery, bariatrics, urology, ENT, and plastics - Charge RN
experience and scrubbing proficiency essential for night shifts -
Comfort with laparoscopic, vascular, cysto, and robotics cases is
highly desirable - Ability to remain flexible, self-driven, and
team-oriented under dynamic case demand Responsibilities: - Deliver
high-quality perioperative nursing care across diverse surgical
specialties - Collaborate with service line supervisors, charge
nurses, educators, and technical staff - Respond promptly to
on-call demands and provide skilled nursing leadership as required
