A Radiologic Technologist opportunity is available in Mooresville, NC, working a 12-hour night shift from Friday through Sunday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. This contract role supports a fast-paced, high-acuity imaging department known for its comprehensive care and advanced technology. If you have at least one year of radiology tech experience and certification, this position offers professional growth in a Level I trauma and teaching hospital setting. Key Qualifications and Experience: - ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R) certification required - BLS certification required - Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred; first-time travelers welcome - Confidence in performing a broad range of radiology exams for both adult and pediatric patients - Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude in a busy environment Responsibilities: - Perform radiologic examinations including general X-rays using equipment such as Shimadzu RadSpeed, Konica and Shimadzu portables, GE and Siemens R/F rooms - Provide imaging services to patients from emergency, ICU, nursing units, and outpatient areas - Participate in a fair rotation for call-back and holiday coverage with the team - Adhere to a consistent shift schedule without weekend/weekday rotation during the contract - Collaborate with a diverse team including lead techs, modality supervisors, and imaging managers Location Insight: Mooresville, NC, offers a blend of small-town charm with close proximity to major urban centers.
