Job Description:

dedicated PRN RN Registered Nurse to join our committed team. The
nurse will deliver high-quality, patient-centered healthcare in a
secure environment. The role requires adaptability to the dynamic
challenges of correctional healthcare, upholding strong standards
of ethical medical practice. This position provides the opportunity
to work as part of a skilled team that values professionalism and
is committed to cost-effective healthcare practices. Assess patient
health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care
plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to
ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients within a
correctional facility. Advise patients on health maintenance and
disease prevention. Provide emergency care, administer medications,
and execute doctor’s orders. Collaborate with a team of health care
professionals to share expertise and knowledge. Observe and monitor
patient health. Participate in health education and outreach
programs. Strong clinical skills in nursing. Ability to handle
medical emergencies. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
