CT Tech Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,413 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/25/2026 About the Position Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R)(CT) Must-Have: - Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU experience - Experience with GE and Siemens scanners - CT procedure experience including Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and is not to be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR. The expected start date is based on scheduling but is subject to change. Travelers may start on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the first week. Must be fully available with no other commitments to accommodate any schedule changes. Missing any portion of orientation may result in a delayed or canceled start. The final start date will be confirmed on the Tuesday prior to the start week. Daily caseload is 150-200 scans, with 4 rooms available. This position is very fast-paced, operating in the emergency department with routine ED patients. Also responsible for Code Stroke and trauma patients. On the first shift, there are typically 4-5 techs; on the second shift, 2-3 techs; and on the third shift, 1 tech. Weekend staffing typically has 2 techs. The average case load for one tech during an 8-hour shift is 8-12 patients. Special equipment includes Siemens scanners, specifically the S3000 and the Sequoia. The unit utilizes EPIC and Visage for system operations. Candidates must be open to floating within the hospital based on skill sets and census. Candidates may not have restrictions or special requests regarding floating. Travel pairs are allowed but must work on different units. Two manager/supervisor references from the past 12 months are highly preferred. Candidates must not exceed more than 5 consecutive working days and 60 hours per week. Modules must be completed pre-start and annually, with hours varying by specialty.
