Salisbury is renowned for its welcoming community, historic charm, and beautiful parks—making it an ideal location for healthcare professionals seeking rewarding travel assignments in North Carolina./n /n/nCT / Rad Tech Job Details/n /n - Location: Salisbury, North Carolina (Zip: 28144)/n - Assignment Type: Travel healthcare job/n - Duration: 13-week contract (option to extend up to 20 weeks)/n - Shift: 8-hour day shifts (07:30 - 16:00), 40 hours per week/n - Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2100-$2250/n - Call Requirement: Weekday call (16:00-07:30) twice a week for 2 weeks/month; Weekend call (Friday 16:00-Monday 07:30) once/month; No call the week after weekend call/n - Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend/n - Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics/n - Scrubs: Provided/n /n/nQualifications & Certifications/n /n - Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)/n - Strong experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) required (90% of cases are IR)/n - Skills: Scrub, circulate, telemetry/n - Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS/n - Active North Carolina or Compact state license required at start/n - Ability to assist with urgent and emergent cardiology and IR procedures/n - Preferred: EKG lead placement skills, ARRT Advanced Certification, RCES, RCIS with medical experience/n /n/nKey Responsibilities/n /n - Assist healthcare providers during diagnostic and interventional radiology and cardiology procedures/n - Scrub and circulate IR/Cath Lab procedures/n - Operate advanced imaging and cath lab equipment (GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, Canon and GE Labs, Angio Jet, Penumbra, EKOS, Inari, CSI Atherectomy System, and more)/n - Participate in a rotating call schedule for urgent and emergent cases/n - Collaborate within a three-member call team, including at least one Registered Nurse (RN)/n - Maintain sterile field and support room circulation during procedures/n - Adhere to departmental policies and fatigue guidelines (no more than 5 consecutive days or 60 hours/week)/n /n/n /n Salisbury, NC offers a vibrant downtown, easy access to outdoor recreation, and a friendly atmosphere.
