Were actively hiring an experienced Oral Surgery Assistant to support our surgeons and help deliver a smooth, professional patient experience. What Youll Do Assist oral surgeons during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment Monitor patient vitals and comfort levels throughout procedures Provide post-operative care instructions to patients and their families Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation Manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols Communicate effectively with patients, providing reassurance and support What Were Looking For Minimum of 1 year of experience in an oral surgery setting ( required ) Hands-on experience assisting with: Anesthesia Dental implants Extractions Complex oral surgical procedures Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Current CPR certification DAANCE and/or AAMOS certification strongly preferred Proficient in using dental software and digital imaging systems Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to patient care Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus What We Offer Full-time, immediate opening Pay : $24.00$28.00 per hour ( based on experience ) Weekly paychecks Schedule : MondayFriday, daytime hours, 8-hour shifts Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO If youre looking for a stable, well-run practice that values skilled assistants and supports professional growth, this is a strong next step.
