Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver exceptional care at
long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Whether you prefer local
assignments or the adventure of travel, we have opportunities
tailored for you! What Youll Do: Administer medications and
treatments with precision and care. Monitor and document patient
conditions, including vital signs and wound care. Collaborate on
personalized patient care plans. Provide hands-on bedside care,
supporting patients in daily activities. Report any changes in
patient conditions to the supervising RN. Maintain a clean, safe
environment by following infection control protocols. Assist with
patient mobility, including repositioning and transfers. Educate
patients and families on healthcare practices and follow-up care.
What Youll Need: An active LPN license in the state of North
Carolina. At least 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in
long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar settings. Current CPR
certification (additional certifications are a bonus). Strong
communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a
team. Compassionate and detail-oriented approach to patient care.
