for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVICU - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 02/28/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Position: RN –
ICU (Cone Health) Shift: Night | 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Contract: 13 weeks Weekends: EOW – 6 full weekends (Sat/Sun) per
contract Holidays: As needed Floating: Required – travelers may
float to all Cone Health campuses Experience: Minimum 2 years
(First-time travelers OK) Mandatory Questionnaire (Required for
Offer) Is the candidate aware they are being submitted to Cone
Health and has the JD been reviewed? Y / N Is the candidate
flexible with scheduling and aware of zero tolerance for
tardiness/unexcused absences? Y / N Are there any barriers (e.g.,
vacation) that may delay compliance? Compliance deadline: Wednesday
prior to start date at 12:00 PM EST Y / N Is the candidate aware of
the Pass/Fail EKG exam required for all Cone Health RNs? Y / N
Certifications Required BLS ACLS Preferred / Required Skills SICU
experience preferred Dysrhythmia interpretation & management
Multi-system organ failure Post-cardiac surgery (direct from OR &
post-procedural) Swan-Ganz / PA line monitoring ECMO, IABP,
Impella, LVAD TAVR/TAVI preferred CRRT / CVVH required IV insulin
protocols Arterial lines, central lines, PICCs Blood product
administration Continuous IV sedation & vasoactive drips Ventilated
patients, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC Chest tube care (assist
insertion/removal) ABG interpretation Medical/Surgical Cardiac ICU
patients: MI, CHF, sepsis, respiratory failure, AAA repair,
