Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Spartanburg, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,930 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Spartanburg, South Carolina, 29303! Job Title: LTAC MS/Tele Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year, 2 years preferred License: Pending license accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Ability to pass arrhythmia and medication test on the first day. Description: Seeking a registered nurse for a long-term acute care unit specializing in medical-surgical and telemetry. The schedule is for night shifts, 3 times a week. The nurse will be responsible for a patient ratio of 1:6. Candidates with 1 year of experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis, while 2 years of experience is preferred. ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required for this position. On-call duties are required as needed. Floating within the scope of practice to meet facility needs is expected. Compliance with an attendance policy is mandatory; missing more than two shifts without reasonable explanation may lead to contract cancellation. Candidates must complete a cardiac dysrhythmia test on the first day of orientation with only one opportunity to pass. The role involves caring for adult and geriatric patients with various diagnoses, including acute respiratory failure, sepsis, and heart failure. Mechanical ventilation and dialysis are special procedures involved in patient care.
