thinking skills Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse
specialized in CVICU. This position requires two or more years of
nursing experience in the CVICU setting. The role involves caring
for patients undergoing CABG, TAVR, STEMI, and carotid procedures.
The unit consists of a maximum of 8 beds with a typical patient
ratio of 2:1, and occasionally 1:1. Key equipment includes Impella,
IABP, and CRRT. The electronic health record system used is Cerner.
Candidates should possess strong critical thinking skills and
ideally hold a CCRN certification. The position may require weekend
hours every other weekend or as needed to meet facility demands.
