The Critical Care team consists of 20 Beds, 1:2 and 1:3 Patient Ratios. This unit provides care for a variety of patients, including but not limited to, Acute Respiratory Distress, Surgical and Vascular surgical patients, Shock, Drug toxicity, acute renal failure, CVA, TPA, Pre and Post Cardiac and Radiological Interventions, Acute MI, ACS, DKA, Target Temperature Management, CRRT, and Balloon Pumps. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. 3. Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required. 4. One-year relevant experience, preferred.
