Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 12/29/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech Job Details: • Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with 40 hours guaranteed • Contract lengths accepted from 13-20 weeks • Every third weekend requirement • Call requirements: weekday call 4:00 PM to 7:30 AM twice weekly for 2 weeks per month, weekend call Friday 4:00 PM to Monday 7:30 AM once monthly • 30-minute callback time for STEMIs, IR callback time varies by procedure type • Work directly on unit starting Mondays until Dimensions training completion • 40-80 hours of unit orientation provided • Scrubs provided by facility • Minimum 2 years experience required, travel experience preferred • Must have IR experience as 90% of cases are interventional radiology • Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS • Preferred certifications: ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, RCIS with Med Experience • Skills required: scrub, circulate, telemetry, EKG lead placement • Assist providers during diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures • Work with combo lab handling IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP procedures • Treat adult and geriatric patients with device implants including PPM and ICD • Work with specialized equipment including GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, Canon and GE Labs, Angio Jet, and IABP • No floating requirements • Medication administration performed by RN only • Work as part of three-member call team including one RN Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive combination laboratory providing interventional radiology, cardiology, vascular, and electrophysiology services.
