Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty:
Hospice Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours
(08:00 - 17:00) Experience: 1 year of case management experience
required License: Accepting both temporary and pending licenses
Certifications: ARC accepted Must-Have: Must be willing to case
manage and handle a case load. Travel experience required. Mileage
reimbursement provided at the federal rate. Candidates must have
their own car and will be traveling throughout the day. Two
supervisory references required. Description: Home Care/Hospice
Registered Nurse position available. The role involves case
management and taking a case load. Candidates should have a minimum
of one year of case management experience. The position requires
traveling throughout the day to provide care in patients' homes.
Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Expectation to work some holidays is present. Consideration for
prior background checks will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
HomeCare HomeBase experience is preferred. Travel pairs will be
accepted on a case-by-case basis.
