Job Location: Salisbury, NC 28144 Job duration: 13 weeks Description: REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years Travel Experience: Not mandatory, but highly preferred Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: IV Start, Triage, Telemetry, and Conscious Sedation. Preferably, Charge Nurse Experience. Minimum Experience Required: 2 years Certifications Required: ACLS AND NIHSS PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: CCRN AND TNCC JOB DETAILS: Target Ratios: 1:4 Average Daily Census: 16 Shift: NIGHTS Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to Critical Care for appropriate acuity, Telemetry, and/or medical-surgical. May need to float to COVID area with suitable acuity assignment. Traveler MUST be comfortable with this possibility. Weekend Requirement: At least 2 weekends in a 6-week schedule PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Special Procedures / Unit Details: Admit new BiPaP, Optiflow, tracheostomy patients, and those on home vents ready for discharge. Common drips include Dopamine, Dobutamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin. Unit Systems (Medication, Documentation, Communication): PYXIS/EPIC/SBAR Unit Orientation: 24 hours Scrubs: Navy and/or White. About N2S Healthcare, Inc.
