OverviewThe Registered Nurse at Novant Health serves as a leader in patient-centered care, establishing a personalized relationship with patients and their support systems. Collaborating with physicians and other team members, the nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death.Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care that meets the needs of diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in the appropriate state, required.
