It all begins with you.The Enterprise Complaints Management Office (ECMO) plays an integral role in having an enterprise view of our customer concerns, identifying risks in a timely manner, providing enhanced reporting capabilities at the line of business and Enterprise levels, and delivering a variety of benefits to our business. This Office includes four main functions: Executive Complaint Operations, Data Analytics and Reporting, Quality Assurance, and Complaints Shared Services. Together these teams focus on capturing, researching, and resolving customer dissatisfaction; executing deep root cause analysis; and proactively identifying continuous opportunities that are engineered to improve our customers' experience and drive out dissatisfaction.The RoleThe Enterprise Complaints Management Office is actively searching for qualified candidates to join an exciting new team. Product Managers have critical responsibility as a servant leader bringing the highest value work to an agile scrum teams and will support an entire evolving or broad product domain. These product manager role will report under the ECMO Portfolio & Product Design & Development Leader within the ECMO Change Delivery Team.The initial domains are Assessment/Future Framework, and Telephony/Contact Center of Future. The domains may define Agile scrum teams and the product manager may be a senior product owner of a team in the domain. Teams may change over time as needs and priorities shift.Product Owners are responsible for working with product management and other stakeholders to drive the product vision and roadmap. They will also be responsible for creating, prioritizing, and maintaining the product team's backlog. They lead the teams to define the sprint plans, release plans, and acceptance criteria.Product Managers/Owners partner and collaborate with other teams across the ECMO and lines of business to ensure the best customer experiences and team member experiences. - -Responsibilities Include: - -

  • Partner with Product Management, other Product Owners and stakeholders to develop the overall product vision and end-to-end product backlog
  • Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, account managers, product and delivery team to define and ensure success against stated customer business value
  • Define, manage, refine and prioritize the product (team) backlog
  • Accountable for the following items, even if the delivery team assists with completion of them:
    • Provide backlog items, in the form of user stories, that are clearly understood by the delivery team
    • Sort the product backlog in order of customer/business value or in the best way that will allow the team to meet its goals
    • Ensure the product (team) backlog is visible and transparent to the team, necessary stakeholders, and leadership
    • Drive continuous improvement
    • Coordinate dependent work with other Product Owners when requests cross teams
    • Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents
    • Create and prioritize product backlog based upon feedback from necessary stakeholders, leaders and team members looking at broader portfolio / organizational needs
    • Build strong working relationship with stake holders
    • Have the courage to make and defend decisions based on input of all stakeholders and the value of the feature/functions to the product
    • Ensures continuous Planning activities are in place
    • Gets involved in new work assessment representing the Product; Represents the Product and Product Owners in appropriate prioritization and trade-off activities (help define and send the right work to the right team at the right time)
    • Creates, maps to business goals, and monitors key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met
    • Looks to market analysis and customer feedback to identify future opportunitiesThe CandidateA mature leader with proven critical thinking skills and demonstrated operational credibility will be determining factors in selection. A successful candidates will be articulate and possess a demonstrated leadership capability; they will be impressive in their inter-personal effectiveness and with regard to their accomplishments. The candidate will have strong relationship management, influencing, vision, operational and execution skills. A key differentiator will be the ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment. The candidate operates with a bias with a sense of urgency, passion for results, human-centered, and personal accountability for driving results.

      Required Qualifications
      • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation



        Other Desired Qualifications
        • Proven experience as a strategic product leader - including the operational day to day requirements
        • Experience or certification in SAFe Agile portfolio management processes
        • Experience or certification in Agile roles, teams
        • Experience or certification in BIZBOK/business architecture
        • Experience organizing matrixed teams across multiple locations while exhibiting proven skills in problem solving, coaching, technical expertise, collaboration/facilitation, and driving change
        • Experience with Contact Centers, Regulatory Innovation Tech, Complaints Management/Policy, or other customer event management
        • Flexibility to shifting priorities and work assignments, ability to shift between project work or project complexity
        • Demonstrated success managing initiatives through organizational, transformational and cultural change
        • Strong partnership and collaboration skills across Wells Fargo - with proven ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, developing partnerships with many business and functional areas and identifying trends, which may present opportunities or reflect gaps in the business
        • Proven success using quantitative techniques to turn data into actionable imperatives
        • Advanced knowledge of organizational procedures, operations and applicable compliance rules and regulations

          Job Expectations
          • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
