Prepare Physical ATM hardware for test:
Ensure all devices operative and in good working condition prior to
test
Configure physical devices to support different test scenarios
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (faults/jams)
Diagnose networking / connectivity issues
Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians
Install and Configure Software:
Install software to Physical ATMS using USB sticks and remote
distribution tools (SCCM)
Install software to Virtual Machines
Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines
Review software installations for success/failure and remediate
failures
Install software to Physical ATMS using remote distribution tools
(SCCM)
Skills:
ATM hardware technician experience
Software distribution (SCCM)
Networking Skills
Experience interacting with large numbers of virtual machines
(VCenter/VSphere/ESX)
