  • Creating effective creative solutions for the WFA digital brokerage platform, supporting websites, and email communications.
  • Efficiently managing and leading cross-functional internal and external digital design teams to complement and support Agile development teams.
  • Ensuring consistent, high quality designs that align with brand and accessibility standards.
  • Partnering with other leaders to establish a creative and highly collaborative culture, design strategies and related tools.
  • Partnering with product leaders, listen to their project specifications and translate their requests into design requirements.
  • Partnering with research and business partners to ensure all design decisions are well grounded in data and industry best practices.
  • Providing mentoring, direction and guidance for Designers to improve their designs and maximize their contributions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and Design Operations to prioritize and staff design roadmap efforts.
  • Working with developers and testers to ensure proper implementation of designed solutions.
  • User research testing, measuring and tuning designs to maximize engagement, empathy, and emotional resonance.
  • Leading and facilitating ideation sessions to support product development, using Design Thinking methods and principles, in close partnership with other stakeholders.As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:
    • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
    • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

      Required Qualifications
      • 6+ years of e-business experience

        Desired Qualifications
        • Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams
        • Leadership experience including; coaching, training, and mentoring
        • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
        • Ability to prioritize and identify creative solutions
        • Experience facilitating complex design discussions and driving results
        • Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
        • Strategic planning and development experience
        • Engagement management experience
        • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
        • Ability to provide leadership to a matrixed organization environment
        • Knowledge and understanding of UI (User Interface)
        • Knowledge and understanding of mobile UI design and technologies for smart phones and tablets
        • Knowledge and understanding of mobile platforms
        • Knowledge and understanding of mobile development and Touch interfaces
        • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
        • Knowledge and understanding of Agile
        • Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry
        • Brokerage industry experience
        • A BS/BA degree or higher in art or graphics
        • A BS/BA degree or higher in design

          Other Desired Qualifications
          • 3+ years of experience managing cross-disciplinary digital design teams
          • Experience managing complex creative design efforts
          • Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the UX roles, methods, and deliverables
          • A Master's degree in design, UX, or related field

            Job Expectations
            • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
