The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.Corporate Risk Space Management Team ------ provides management support for growing and optimizing space needs for the operation of the ten internal lines of Risk business. --This position in the SMT group will support the space (real estate) governance across Corporate Risk with the goals of growing and optimizing occupancy expense across Risk locations based on individual LOB------s business needs and the Corporate Property Group------s Workplace program.The role will serve as strategic consultant and tactician who works across all Risk LOBs with finesse and focus. The Strategy Consultant is a critical Team Member and leader to drive meaningful and sustainable change. --The Strategy consultant will:------ Provide Leadership and input for space strategy, policy, and application guidelines. -------- Develop, implement, manage, and adjust processes to drive consistency across LOBs. -------- Maintain performance tracking scorecard and dashboards, to drive occupancy and expense optimization efforts. -------- Facilitate communication and change management efforts, including creating presentations to generate LOB leadership engagement.------ Participate on enterprise wide initiatives that involve strategic space optimization.------ Create standard pipeline management process and business case approval templates to ensure collaborative and efficient decision making.------ Develop and grow key relationships and effective partnerships with CPG, Finance, EIT, and LOB Leadership.Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit------s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements. --Locations: Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ; and, Charlotte, NC

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic planning experience
• 5+ years of strategic planning and development experience

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data
