ASE Master Certified Independent technicians are welcome to apply ! We seek highly skilled and motivated certified CDJR technicians to join our team at Classic CJDR in Lancaster South Carolina . As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on CDJR vehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and meet our dealership's high-quality standards. This full-time position offers a base salary plus incentives, with a pay rate of $25 to $54 per hour with increases based on performance. Responsibilities: Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Requirements: Must have ASE Master Certification or CJDR equivalent training (Level 2 & 3) Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Fast learner Good written and verbal communication skills Good customer service skills Team player Computer literate Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Valid driver’s license About the Dealership Mills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
