America. Responsibilities: Maintains a daily Log of metrics
gathered, for example, water quality tests, boiler function, safety
checks, water and chemical usage Provides support for co-workers,
contractors, vendors, project managers, engineers and others as
necessary to support project and renovation work Requires ability
to read and understand information contained in a variety of
documents or displayed on a computer screen Requires ability to use
a variety of office equipment and to operate a computer keyboard to
access data bases, to send/receive messages and to prepare
documents Critical infrastructure systems operations and
maintenance including the following equipment and systems. Safely
and efficiently operate and maintain all mechanical systems, steam
pressure heating systems, water systems, ventilation systems,
refrigeration equipment, solvent system. Performs service and
preventive maintenance on all chillers, circulating pumps, control
valves, Makes necessary repairs or arranges for same Check
temperature, pressure gauges and water levels to insure proper
operating conditions for boilers, cooling towers, fan coils,
heaters, pumps and feed water tanks Monitor and log readings of
high pressure boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and related
equipment. Assist plumbing or HVAC journeyman in install and repair
of boiler house equipment if needed. Operate, maintain and repair
boilers and auxiliary equipment, including but not limited to water
RO system, boiler controls, electric and pneumatic Operate,
maintain and repair all heating and ventilating units where
maintenance can be performed with the unit in place, including
piping at the unit This position entails climbing Gain familiarity
with the Utility Monitoring System to monitor, control, and trend
performance of plant equipment , example; BAS. Mentor Technical
