Shop Foreman at Mills Auto Group in Pineville, NC is responsible

is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and technicians
Monitor workflow and ensure deadlines are met Maintain equipment
and facilities Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role Strong leadership
and communication skills Knowledge of automotive systems and repair
techniques Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)
