Learn more at www.freedomenergysolutions.net What You Will Be Doing In this role, you’ll own the estimating process from review through submission: Review project drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop accurate estimates Prepare competitive bids aligned with company margin and profitability targets Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure accurate pricing Analyze project risks and identify cost-saving or value-engineering opportunities Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and historical bid data Track market conditions, labor trends, and material pricing Support leadership with insight on bid strategy and project feasibility What We're Looking For This role is best suited for someone who is confident working independently while collaborating with internal teams. 5 years experience in commercial electrical estimating preferred Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction methodologies Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Clear, professional communication and collaboration abilities What You Get Competitive hourly pay with upside Year-end bonus potential tied to company performance Bi-weekly pay cycle Reimbursement for approved electrical training and development Paid vacation and 6 company holidays (with additional days at employer discretion) AFLAC supplemental insurance Company uniforms provided Safety equipment provided Stable workload with long-term growth opportunity Schedule Full-Time Monday–Friday Work Location Home-based office with occasional travel to job sites as needed.
