Unlimited is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Representative
for our client. This is a great opportunity to join a national
organization where you’ll support members directly through phone,
email, and system-based interactions. Location: Spindale, NC.
Hours: Monday- Friday| 8 am-5 pm What You’ll Do: Answer incoming
phone calls and provide friendly, professional assistance to
members. Register and transfer members in the system with accuracy
and attention to detail. Respond to and resolve member support
tickets in a timely manner. Maintain organized records and complete
data entry in Excel. Collaborate with team members, using Microsoft
Teams as needed (training provided). Deliver excellent customer
service with a genuine desire to help members. We’re Looking For
Someone with: College coursework or related work experience in
customer service, membership services, or similar field preferred.
Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Teams, and Excel Strong
phone etiquette and clear communication skills. Quick learner with
strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities. High
attention to detail and accuracy. Prior customer service or
