thrive here. What You’ll Do Install, maintain, and repair in a
residential setting Respond to heating and air calls and emergency
issues with confidence and care Diagnose system problems and
recommend clear, code-compliant solutions to homeowners Perform
regular maintenance to prevent major repairs Prepare basic
bids/estimates for customers and clearly explain findings and
options Ensure every job meets or exceeds code and passes
inspection the first time Accurately document time, materials, and
service notes using tablet-based systems Requirements: What You
Bring 3 years of residential experience preferred Valid HVAC
license or strong progress toward licensure (NC) Proficiency with
hand and power tools specific to the trade Knowledge of local codes
and best practices Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort using mobile technology for scheduling and documentation A
valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why You’ll Love
